Some times you feel like you can become a Master chef and you enter the kitchen with a great hope that you gonna do magic today, hahahaha, that's right, I am a big Non vegetarian lover, and chicken is something I can eat everyday.
That day I decided to go with some green veggies and boiled chicken little bit.
I had with me, Capsicum
300 gms of chicken
Ginger Garlic paste,
I boiled the chicken little bit in hot water, not fully boiled but.
Pour the oil in Non stick pan, I added Bay leafs, Cinnamon, then Onion, Tomatoes and let it fry for 2-3 mins and then I added chicken to it and cover the pan with the lit for 10 mins with the low flame.
